Ship description
The length of the brig was 24.38 meters , the width was 7.62 meters , and the draft was 2.84 meters . The armament of the ship consisted of 16 guns [1] [2] .
Service history
The brig "Lapominka" was laid at the Solombala Shipyard on July 5, 1824 and after launching on August 7, 1825, it became part of the White Sea Flotilla of Russia. The construction was conducted by the shipmaster A. M. Kurochkin [1] [2] .
From 1826 to 1833, an inventory of the shores of the White Sea was carried out in the brig, while from 1827 to 1832 the ship under the command of MF Reyneke headed the White Sea expeditions. In 1834 and 1835, as well as from 1838 to 1844, the brig carried out military service at the Mudyug Island [2] .
From 1848 it was used as a port vessel [1] , after which it was dismantled in Arkhangelsk [2] .
