There are 11,904 residential buildings in the district, with a building density of about 11 buildings per km 2 . Racial composition of the population: white - 95.60%, African - Americans - 2.07%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.15%, Asians - 0.46%, Hawaiians - 0.01%, representatives of other races - 0.55 %, representatives of two or more races - 1.16%. Hispanics accounted for 1.24% of the population, regardless of race .
