Local religious organization (LRO) - according to the legislation of Russia, a religious organization consisting of at least ten people who have reached the age of eighteen years and have been permanently residing in one locality or in one urban or rural settlement [1] .
A local religious organization, like a centralized religious organization , is recognized as a legal entity from the date of its state registration. Moreover, the first is an integral part of the second until the time they are connected by a single creed . [2] The purpose of the creation and activity of the LRO is the joint practice and dissemination by its members of the creed of the religion in whose centralized religious organization the LRO belongs [3] .
