The VI BRICS Summit was held from July 15 to July 17, 2014 in the Brazilian city of Fortaleza . The summit is attended by the heads of all the BRICS member states: Brazil , India , China , Russia and South Africa . Among the important decisions of the summit is the creation of the BRICS Development Bank with an authorized capital of $ 100 billion and equity participation of all BRICS members.
