Geography

It is located in the north of the Moscow region, in the southern part of the Taldom region, about 13 km south of the center of the city of Taldom , on the left bank of the Dubna River flowing into the Volga . The nearest settlements are the villages of Tarusovo and Trinity-Vyazniki .

History

In the β€œList of Populated Places” of 1862, Korishevo is the owner's village of the 2nd camp of the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow province between the Kashinsky and Klinsky tracts, by the Dubna River, 32 versts from the county town, with 10 yards and 100 inhabitants (51 men, 49 women) [2] .

According to 1890, it was part of the Gara volost of Dmitrovsky district, 161 people lived [3] .

In 1913 - 20 yards and 3 shoe establishments [7] .

By a decree of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of August 15, 1921, Garsky volost was included in the constituent Lenin district of Moscow province [8] .

According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union Population Census, the village of the Tarusovsky village council of the Garsky volost of the Leninsky district, 127 residents lived (60 men, 67 women), there were 26 households, including 20 peasant ones [4] .

Since 1929 - a settlement as part of the Leninsky district of the Kimry district of the Moscow region, since 1930, in connection with the abolition of the district, - as part of the Taldom region (formerly the Leninsky district) of the Moscow region.

Before the municipal reform of 2006 - the village of Guslevsky rural district [9] [10] .
