Torre Cepsa [1] ( pronounced Torre sepsa ) is an office skyscraper on in the Four Towers business district, Madrid , Spain . Formerly known as Torre Repsol , Torre Caja Madrid , Torre Foster and Torre Bankia .

As of 2014, it occupies the 12th line in the list of the tallest buildings in Europe , the 4th in the and the 1st in the list of the tallest buildings in Spain , exceeding the neighbor, the Glass Tower , by one meter.
Initially, the building was selected by Repsol , the oil and gas company, as its headquarters, but still in the process of building it found another skyscraper, and therefore in July 2007 the tower was sold to for 815 million euros [2] .
In 2008, Torre Cepsa took 4th place without entering the top three recipients of the Emporis Skyscraper Award .
