Senator, General of Infantry P. O. Bobrovsky
Pavel Osipovich Bobrovsky ( March 21 [ April 2 ] 1832 - 3 [16] February 1905 ) - Russian scientist, reformer , officer of the General Staff and member of the Russian Geographical Society . Author of a number of scientific works in the field of history , statistics , ethnography , geography , economics , pedagogy and military law .
