Hostomice or Hostomice near Brda ( Czech. Hostomice ) is a Czech city in the Beroun area of Central Bohemia . It is located in the west of the central part of the Czech Republic 10 km east of Gorzovice and 10 km northwest of Dobříš .

History
The first written mention occurs in 1343. In May 1732, Emperor Charles VI granted Gostomice, at the request of the municipality, city privileges and a coat of arms in the form of a Czech crowned lion on a red field (1738).
