Information and Computing Network (IVS) is a local computer network with a highly developed infrastructure .
As a rule, it consists of information systems (Internet sites, information notification and communication systems), electronic document management systems, file storages, etc. The essence of the IVS is the centralization of all enterprise information processes. So, for example, to access the network and work with its resources, as a rule, a unified user identification system is used: when entering the network, the user is presented to the system (goes through the authentication procedure) and can use any of its services without re-authentication. Such a system not only facilitates the user’s work, but also allows for more efficient organization of the work of other IVS services, for example, sending electronic messages to the user, storing user service information and distributing access rights to it, granting the user certain privileges, etc. Another example of centralization is the organization of a single address space for all IVS services.
Information-computing systems by their sizes are divided into: local, regional, global, wide-scale
