Biography
Born in 1892 in the village of Akyntogai, Turkestan Territory (today - Otyrara district of the South Kazakhstan region , Kazakhstan ). From an early age he worked as a shepherd. In 1929 he entered the collective farm “Sheep breeder” of the Kzylkum district of the Chimkenst region, in which he worked as a shepherd. In 1957 he was appointed senior shepherd.
In 1948, Kaykibay Kuatbekov received an average of 106 lambs from 100 ewes. For this labor feat, in 1949 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor. In 1949, he received an average of 126 lambs from 100 ewes.
In 1959 he retired.
