Biography
In school years, the future deputy studied at a music school and art studio. In 1980 (as indicated on the website of VO “Liberty”), Chernaya graduated from secondary school No. 2 of the city of Zolochev with a gold medal, and in 1990, the faculty of journalism Lviv State University named after Ivan Franko [1] .
In 1992 - 2002, Black worked in the West Ukrainian political newspaper “Young Galichina” - first as a correspondent, and then as head of the department of socio-economic problems; In 2002-2008 , she followed a similar path, working in the publication High Castle. In the years of work in both newspapers, Black was published in many other publications, both Ukrainian and foreign. In February 2006, she was appointed editor-in - chief of the magazine of the All-Ukrainian Association “Freedom” , of which she became a member a year before [1] .
In October 2010, Chernaya became a deputy of the Lviv Regional Council from VO "Freedom". In 2012, she took the position of Deputy Director of STO-VP Plus. In October of the same year, she was elected People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the multi-member constituency as a representative of the Freedom. In 2014, Chernaya left the post of deputy director of STO-VP Plus and on April 9 of the same year took the oath of the people's deputy of Ukraine during the next parliamentary meeting [1] .
