Biography
Born in 1929 in the village of Kyzyl-Osker (today - Saryagash district of South Kazakhstan region , Kazakhstan ). In 1944 he graduated from high school, after which he got a job at the Kyzyl-Osker collective farm. Until 1946 he worked as an assistant veterinarian. In 1946, he was appointed the link of the cotton-growing link.
In 1947, a cotton-growing unit under the leadership of Piltan Mamirov collected 65.8 centners of cotton from a 3-hectare site and 25 centners of cotton from a 6-hectare site. For this valiant work, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor in 1948.
