Activity and its results
The main activities of the company are crop production , animal husbandry , sugar production, seed production , processing and storage of grain, meat processing. The land bank of the company as of March 18, 2015 is 94,000 hectares [2] .
The structure of the company includes dairy and livestock farms, a sugar factory, grain elevators, seed processing enterprises, as well as a multifunctional service center for maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery [3] .
In 2012 and 2013, it entered the top 5 most effective land users in Russia [4] [5] .
The company's revenue in 2015 amounted to 10 billion rubles (in 2014 - 7.3 billion rubles), net profit - 2 billion rubles (in 2014 - 1.1 billion rubles) [1] .
Investment Projects
In 2014, the company built a meat processing plant with a capacity of 8.4 thousand tons of meat processing per year and a pig breeding complex for 50 thousand heads [6] .
At the end of October 2015, an agreement was signed with the French seed on the establishment of a joint venture in Russia, according to which Maïsadour intends to invest EUR 16-20 million within 3-5 years in the production, irrigation, breeding and equipment for the breeding center in Russia [7] .
In November 2015, the company completed construction and commissioned a dairy farm for 800 animals in the Novokubansky district . Total investments in the project amounted to more than 300 million rubles, of which 230 million rubles were Sberbank loan funds. The planned payback period is 8 years [8] .
