Professional career
Butler made his debut in the professional ring in December 2010 .
In 2012, he won the British title BBBofC, in the second flyweight category (up to 52.2 kg).
In April 2013, he won the title of British Commonwealth.
September 21, 2013 won the intercontinental title according to the WBO , defeating the unbeaten Chilean, Miguel Gonzalez (17-0) .
On June 7, 2014, Butler won on points of compatriot Stuart Hall , and became the new IBF world champion in the weight category up to 53.5 kg.
On March 6, 2015, Butler suffered his first loss in his career from Zolani Tete , in the fight for the IBF world title, in the weight category up to 52.2 kg.
