Club career
Being a graduate of River Plate , he began his football career in it in 1961, having played 7 matches for him. After that, Lopez spent short periods in the team of Rosario Central and the Brazilian Internacional . In 1964, he moved to Banfield , where he spent 4 seasons.
International Career
Nelson Lopez joined the Argentine national team for the 1966 World Cup . Of the 4 matches of Argentina in the tournament, Lopez did not appear in any of them [1] .
