Biography

Born on January 2, 1915 in a peasant family in the village of Kolganovo, Nizhny Novgorod province (today - Chkalovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region ). In 1930, she joined the Karl Marx collective farm (later it was renamed the Progress collective farm). Initially, she worked as an ordinary collective farmer. In 1945, a flax-growing link was appointed.

In 1948, the flax growing link under the leadership of Anastasia Shuvaldina collected 10 centners of flax fiber and 5% centners of flax seeds from a plot of 2.6 hectares. For this valiant work, she was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor in 1949.

Participated in the All-Union Exhibition of VDNH.

She retired in 1970 and moved to the village of Ilyichevo, Leningrad Region. She died on April 30, 2006 and was buried in the cemetery of the village of Illichyovo.
