Branitsky, Andrei Gennadievich

Born April 12, 1963 in Gorky in a family of economists. ^[2]

He studied four courses at the philological faculty of the Gorky State Pedagogical Institute named after M. Gorky . In his student years he worked as a laboratory assistant, orderly, and postman. ^[2]

In 1987 he graduated from the Faculty of History of the NI Lobachevsky State University with a degree in History. ^{[1] [2]} He worked as a teacher of history, social studies and English at various Nizhny Novgorod schools and colleges, as well as the head of the sector, senior editor and department head at the V. I. Lenin Nizhny Novgorod Universal Scientific Library.

In 1993, he graduated from the English language faculty of the NGPII named after N. A. Dobrolyubov with a degree in English. ^{[1] [2]}

In 1998 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of historical sciences on the topic "Integration processes in Western Europe in the first half of the 50s. XX century and the position of the United States ”majoring in general history. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

From 1999 to the present, he has been working at Nizhny Novgorod State University. N.I. Lobachevsky.

In 2005 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. ^{[2] [4]}
