Club career
Angel Barjas began his professional football career in 1965 at the Argentinean club Racing . A year later, he moved to the Chakarita Juniors team, with whom he won the first and only champion title in its history in 1969. In 1972, Barhas moved to the French Nantes , in which he won 2 championships in France.
International Career
Angel Barjas was included in the Argentine national team at the 1974 World Cup . Of the 6 matches of Argentina at the tournament, Barhas appeared in 3. He played in the starting lineup in the match of the first group stage against the national team of Poland and the second group stage against Brazil and the GDR .
