The commune is located approximately 550 km south of Paris , 65 km northeast of Toulouse , 6 km west of Albi [1] .
In the south of the commune flows the river Tarn .
Climate
The climate is temperate oceanic [2] . Winters are mild and rainy, hot summers with frequent thunderstorms. Winds are quite rare.
