Biography
Born in 1887 in a peasant family in the village of Sergeevka, Petropavlovsk district, Akmola region. He worked as an employee at the fist. In 1938, he joined the “Koyan-Kos” collective farm in the Ili district of Taldy-Kurgan region. Initially, he was an ordinary collective farmer, and later was appointed as a unit leader in the field.
In 1947, the field unit under the leadership of Pavel Lomakin gathered 31.1 centners of grain from an area of 11 hectares. For this valiant work he was awarded in 1948 the title of Hero of Socialist Labor.
