History
ISAU appeared on May 9, 1934 as the Irkutsk Agricultural Institute. [2]
At ISAU, training is underway in 19 specialties, 13 undergraduate and 11 graduate areas in the agricultural sector and related industries. [3]
IrGAU has 30,000 hectares of agricultural land. The Academy has hunting grounds in Bolshoi Goloustnoye , and agricultural land in Oyoka . ISAU has a training and experimental hunting farm with an area of 180,000 ha [4] .
In 2012, 704 students graduated from the Irkutsk State Agricultural Academy, of which 84 full-time students studied at the full-time department, and 22 at the correspondence department [ 22 ] .
In 2012, it was recognized as ineffective, which entailed the optimization of work [6] .
In February 2014, the ISAA and the districts of the Ust-Orda Buryat District signed a cooperation agreement. [7]
In March 2017, Rosobrnadzor banned the admission of students to the Irkutsk State Agrarian University named after A. A. Ezhevsky [8] .
By order of the Russian Federal Supervisory Authority of the Russian Federation No. 807-07 dated April 13, 2017, admission to the A.A. Irkutsk State Agrarian University Ezhevsky resumed.
Ski run
The ISSAA ski run has existed since the 1950s. About 30 starts are held here annually, including the All-Russian mass ski race " Russian Ski Track ". [9]
