Criticism
Journalist Boris Sobolev in the program “ News of the Week ” [8] noted that the institute “has the main form of education - remotely , via Skype ”. He points out that the introductory examination sheets were “ just given to his house ”. A teacher of mathematics, a teacher of the highest category Natalya Dyakova, having studied the examination sheets, said: “ I see questions of the 5th grade, the 7th. This is not serious . ” In addition, Sobolev turned to other teachers who rated the exam questions as “ complete idiocy ”. He also noted that he conducted a journalistic experiment, asking teachers to fill out examination sheets so that every single answer turned out to be incorrect. After the check, MIT admissions officer Irina Gumen stated the following: “ Let's start with mathematics. I want to say that they got it. And in Russian. All perfectly! You scored . " In general, following the results of a journalistic investigation, Sobolev draws the following conclusion about the institute:
In MIT - 10 thousand students, annually bringing the university more than half a billion rubles. These are technologists of high-tech industries , the main power engineers of power plants, designers of future bridges and skyscrapers . They are issued state diplomas. sample, they are called "frames for Skolkovo ." The fact that these "shots" were trained for five years without getting up from the couch is not a word in their diplomas .
According to the results of performance monitoring for 2017, according to the Main Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the indicator “Educational activity” at the Moscow Technological Institute is 0 (zero). [9]
