History
It was opened on November 10, 1996 by D. Temiryaev’s play “Anxiety”. The troupe is formed of graduates of the first Digor studio at the Vladikavkaz College of Arts named after V. A. Gergiev. One of the youngest theater groups in North Ossetia-Alania. Previously, the theater was based on the site of a recreation center. OZATE, from the end of the 2000s, in the building of the Opera and Ballet Theater. The theater gives performances in the city, tours a lot in the republic, in the most remote areas of the mountain Digoria .
Repertoire
The repertoire includes Russian and foreign, Digorian (dialectic) classics, as well as modern drama. Much attention is paid to the works of local authors.
Over the years, 37 productions have been performed and 714 performances have been played.
