TPV Technology is the world's largest manufacturer of computer monitors and the fourth largest producer of LCD TVs in the world (it sells products under its own brands AOC and Envision, as well as under brands of customers). In 2009 and 2011, TPV Technology acquired exclusive rights to sell Philips monitors in the world and TVs in China under the Philips brand name. In 2012, TPV Technology and Philips created a joint venture in Amsterdam TP Vision (70% of the shares belonged to a Hong Kong company and 30% to a Dutch concern), which completely took over the production and marketing of Philips-branded televisions. In 2014 TPV Technolog acquired the remaining 30% TP Vision from Philips, transforming the company into a subsidiary [6] .

TPV Technology enterprises (including AOC International and TP Vision) are located in China ( Fujian , Jiangsu , Zhejiang , Beijing , Hubei ), Taiwan, Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Hungary and Russia ( Shushary ) [3] [7] [8] [ 9] [10] [11] [12] [13] .

Two assembly lines are designed to produce 2 million televisions per year [14] .

In March 2019, it became known that the TPV plant in Shushary will become a partner of Tmall (part of AliExpress ) in the production of the Chinese Skyworth TV brand in Russia (sixth in the world in sales with a 4.5% share). Localization in Russia will allow Skyworth to increase sales; production volume is planned at the level of 500 thousand units per year [15] .
