Mischotetrastichus petiolatus (lat.) Is a species of small chalcinoid riders of the genus Mischotetrastichus from the family Eulophidae . The Palaearctic (Hungary, Russia, Czech Republic, Sweden) [1] [2] .

Description
The diploid set of chromosomes is 2n = 12, of which 10 chromosomes are metacentric and 2 are acrocentric. Parasites on caterpillars of mole-shaped butterflies that mine leaves: Phyllonorycter issikii , Phyllonorycter carpini , Phyllonorycter hancola , Phyllonorycter rajella ( Lepidoptera , Gracillariidae ). The species Mischotetrastichus petiolatus was first described in 1961 by the Hungarian entomologist J. Erdös under the original name Tetrastichus petiolatus Erdös, 1961 . The taxon Mischotetrastichus petiolatus is included in the genus Mischotetrastichus Graham 1987 along with the species M. yamagishii Kamijo & Ikeda , M. danilovitschae Kostjukov , M. fuscicornis Kamijo & Ikeda , M. nadezhdae (Kostjukov) , M. reticulatus i. & Lambert [1] [3] [4] .
