Assumption Village Council (Volokolamsk District)

The Assumption Village Council is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow province and the Moscow region until 1954.

The Assumption Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. In 1921, he was listed as part of the Kaleyevsky volost of the Volokolamsk district of Moscow province [1] .

According to 1926, the village council included 6 settlements - Uspenskiy , Akulovo, Kozlovo, Komovo, Kryukovo and Tankovo [2] .

In 1929, the Uspensky s / s was assigned to the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.

On June 14, 1954, the Assumption Village Council was abolished. Moreover, its territory was transferred to Ilyinsky s / s [3] .
