Geography
The village of Khmelnitsky stands on the left bank of the Tigrovaya river (the right tributary of the Partizanskaya river).
Two roads go to the village of Khmelnitsky:
- - on the right bank of the Tigrovaya River, departs from the highway between Partizansk and Kazanka ;
- - on the left bank of the Tigrovaya river from Uglekamensk .
The distance to Uglekamensk is about 14 km, the distance to the central part of Partizansk is about 24 km.
To the north-west from the village of Khmelnitsky up the Tigrovaya river valley there is a road to the village of Brovnichi , and up the Serebryanka river (the left tributary of the Tigrovaya ) to the village of Serebryanoye .
