Oleg Dmitrievich Tarnopolsky ( born Oleg Tarnopolskiy ; June 7 , 1981, Vilnius) is a well-known Russian fashion expert, stylist of media projects, a regular columnist for world fashion weeks and the author of the Trends Review by Oleg Tarnopolskiy column, founder of Russia's first concept agency Image Concept Service by Oleg Tarnopolskiy ”, which provides services in the field of personal styling, shopping support, producing fashion photo shoots and video shoots around the world. Biography
Born in Vilnius on June 7, 1981. Father - Dmitry Tarnopolsky, businessman. Mother - Elena Tarnopolskaya, restaurateur. At 10, he moved with his parents to Kiev . He graduated from Kiev National University of Culture and Arts with a degree in Design Style. He continued his studies in the field of Personal & Celebrity styling and Fashion production abroad. From 2003 to 2011, he studied at the best world academies of the fashion industry: NHJ-Style Academy (specialty Personal styling, London), St. Martins College of Art and Design (Design and style, London), London Academy of Media Film & TV (Personal / celebrity styling), London College of Fashion with Celebrity styling, Principles of personal fashion styling, Signature style, Introduction to fashion styling for the media, Fashion styling for print.
The creator of the author’s methodology for the analysis of the wardrobe, the organization of photo shoots and shopping sessions. He gives an author’s lecture and master class on the Rules of Smart Wardrobe for students of the British Higher School of Art and Design and the OSTANKINO School of Television (MITRO, Moscow). Over the course of his career, Oleg Tarnopolsky has been constantly working in the media industry.
One of his most successful projects was the Club of Former Wives ( TNT ) - one of the few programs designed not only to entertain, but to provide real psychological assistance. The show was addressed by women who survived a difficult divorce and wished to cope with its consequences. The image maker radically changed the image of each heroine, which allowed women not only to believe in their own attractiveness, but also to start a new life.
In 2011, MTV launched a unique show of transformation "Make Me a Star", which was again led by Oleg Tarnopolsky. Together with a team of professionals, the image maker helped ordinary young people become like superstars of the world show and film business.
