The Lausanne Marathon ( French: Marathon de Lausanne ) is an international marathon held in Lausanne every fall since 1993.

Established after the opening of the Olympic Museum in 1993. Held on the last Sunday of October. The 42.195-km classic race starts in Lausanne (Place de Milan) and follows the road along Lake Geneva east to the city of Tour de Peltz , then follows the same route and ends in Lausanne (the Ears district). The 21 m half marathon begins at the Tour de Peltz and ends at Lausanne. Walking at a distance of 10 km. Mini marathon for children at a distance of 4.219 km.
Both athletes and amateurs of different ages, as well as people with disabilities, are allowed to participate in the marathon (upon making the registration fee). In 2013, 14,155 people took part [1] .
