Biography
Born December 31, 1918 in the city of Kineshma, now in the Ivanovo Region, in a working class family. Russian. He graduated from 9 classes. He worked as an accountant at the Kineshma factory "Red Branch".
In 1939 he was called up for military service in the border troops of the NKVD of the USSR. He served at the border post on Sakhalin Island. He was sent to study at the Saratov Military School of the NKVD of the USSR , which he graduated on June 28, 1941. He was sent to the border with Afghanistan , in the Kerkin border detachment. From the first days I began to write reports with a request to be sent to the front. At the end of 1941, he was enlisted as a platoon commander in the 278th infantry regiment of the NKVD formed in Ashgabat, the backbone of which was made up of border guards. In April 1942, the regiment was transferred to Anapa, preparing to land on the Crimean peninsula, but was soon urgently transferred to the city of Nalchik. Here, border guards fought against saboteurs, intensified in connection with the approach of the Nazis. In August 1942, as part of the regiment, he participated in the defense of Pyatigorsk, Mount Beshtau. With the battles he left the encirclement and took command of the company. In December 1942 he was seriously wounded - a shard touched the heart, but miraculously survived. He was treated in hospitals in the cities of Ordzhonikidze and Baku . After recovering, he was sent to the Shot courses. He returned to the front in late 1943, as part of the 301st Infantry Division, he participated in battles on the Dnieper. In the battles of Oder, in Germany , the guard, Captain Fedulov already commanded the battalion. In one of the battles he was wounded, an enemy shell hit the building where the battalion headquarters was located. Victory Day met in the hospital. Gymnasium No. 271 of the Krasnoselsky District was named after the Hero in the city of St. Petersburg; a memorial plaque was installed on the gymnasium building.
