Christopher Eichhorn ( Swede. Christoffer Eichhorn ; October 26, 1837, Stockholm - December 3, 1889) - Swedish librarian, historian of literature and art.

Born in the family of a brewer. He received secondary education at Stockholm schools, in 1851 he entered the Stockholm gymnasium, in 1855 - at Uppsala University . Since 1864, he worked at the Royal Library, since 1877, being its chief secretary, in 1881 he was appointed the supervisor of the collections of the National Museum of Art. He was one of the founders of the Swedish Archaeological Society, collaborated in a number of scientific journals, wrote a lot on the history of literature, art and culture, and stood for the development of the art industry.
Major works: Svenska Studier (1869-1871); Svenska Byggnadskonsten (1871); biographies of Ehrensverd (1866), Stagnelius (1868) and Somelius (1867) and other writers.
