Kerimova, Asafatma Kidayat kyzy

She was born in 1929 in the village of Karabakhly of the Ujar region . In 1946 she graduated from high school ^[1] .

She began her career in 1943 as an ordinary collective farmer on the collective farm named after Lenin in the Ujar region, and later on the link of the same collective farm. In 1949 she received a high cotton crop - 62.5 centners per hectare on an area of ​​6 hectares. Since 1963, retired.

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 17, 1950 , for receiving high yields of tobacco and cotton in 1949 on irrigated lands when the collective farms compulsory supplies and contracting for all types of agricultural products, in kind payment for the work of the MTS in 1949 and the provision of seeds for all crops in the total requirement for the spring sowing of 1950, Karimova Asafatma Kidayat kyzy was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle ".

By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 2, 2002 , for personal achievements in the field of science and education, culture and art, economics and public administration of Azerbaijan, Karimova Asafatma Kidayat kizi was granted a personal scholarship from the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan ^[2] .

She passed away in 2009 in her native village.
