Geography
The village is located near the river Bakshinki. [2]
History
According to the Lists of populated areas of the Russian Empire in 1872, the village belonged to the 2nd camp of the Soligalichsky district of the Kostroma province . There were 12 yards in it , 24 men and 31 women lived. [2]
According to the 1897 census , 69 people lived in the village (23 men and 46 women). [3]
According to the List of Populated Places of the Kostroma Province in 1907, the village of Gora Shibanova belonged to the Nolsk-Berezovskaya volost of the Soligalichsky district of the Kostroma province . According to the volost government, in 1907 there were 13 peasant households and 77 inhabitants. [3]
Before the municipal reform of 2010, the village was also part of the Berezovsky rural settlement. [4] [5]
As of January 1, 2014, there were no permanent residents in the village. [one]
