Leonid Konstantinovich Zakhlevy ( Belorussian. Leanid Kantsantsіnavіch Zakhleny ; born 1947) - Belarusian composer. Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of the Byelorussian SSR (1980). Honored Artist of the Belarusian SSR (1985). Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus (1994). People's Artist of the Republic of Belarus (1998). Member of the Union of Composers of the Belarusian SSR (1974).

Biography
Born on January 16, 1947 in the Grodno Belorussian SSR . He graduated from the Belarusian State Conservatory. A.V. Lunacharsky in the composition class of Professor A.V. Bogatyrev (1972) and assistant-internship (1976) under the guidance of Professor E. A. Glebov .
In 1972 - teacher at the Mozyr School of Music. Since 1975 - assistant trainee at the Belarusian Conservatory. In 1978-1989, he was the music editor of the Belarusfilm film studio. Since 1990 - Artistic Director of the musical groups of the Belarusian Radio. Since 1991 - artistic director of the ensemble of folk music "Baceda" . [1] .
