On January 20, 2011, Valdes officially signed a contract with the club from MLS “ Philadelphia Union ” [1] for one year. For this team he made his debut on March 19, 2011 against the Houston Dynamo (1-0) [2] . In the 7th round of the 2011 season, Valdez was included in the “Team of the week MLS” [3] .
