The administrative center is the village of Gribovka .
History
Founded in 1898 and named after the land surveyor Gribsky .
On November 18, 2005, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 91-OZ [2], the municipality is endowed with the status of a rural settlement.
On June 30, 2008, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 91-OZ [3] , the Mogilyov Village Council was united with the Gribovsky Village Council .
