Biography
Katherine Humphries was born on September 19, 1970 in Oshawa (Ontario, Canada) in the family of the owner of the Oshawa Generals hockey team. Humphries has been fond of sports since childhood; she was involved in basketball , volleyball and football . She graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in English and began working as a sports journalist in the early 1990s. Best known for hosting CityNews at Six and CityNews Tonight.
Katherine is married to the drummer of the musical rock band " The Tragically Hip " Johnny Fayem [2] . The spouses have twin sons born to a surrogate mother - Finley Fay and Will Fay (born May 16, 2014) [3] .
