The Archdiocese of Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz ( Latin: Archidioecesis Sanctae Fidei Verae Crucis ) is the archdiocese of the Roman Catholic Church with its center in the city of Santa Fe , Archdiocese . The diocese of Raphael , the Reconquista are members of the metropolis. The Cathedral of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz Church of All Saints.

History
On February 15, 1897, Pope Leo XIII issued the bull “In Petri Cathedra” , which established the diocese of Santa Fe, separating it from the diocese of Parana (today - the Archdiocese of Parana ). The Diocese of Santa Fe was part of the Metropolitanate of Buenos Aires .
On April 20, 1934, Pope Pius XI issued the bull “Nobilis Argentinae nationis” , which transferred part of the territory of the diocese of Santa Fe to the new diocese of Rosario (today - the diocese of Rosario ) and at the same time elevated the diocese of Santa Fe to the rank of archdiocese.
On June 3, 1939, February 11, 1957, and April 10, 1961, the Archdiocese of Santa Fe transferred part of its territory for the formation of the new dioceses of Resistencia (today - the Archdiocese of Resistencia), Reconquista and Raphael.
On September 19, 1992, the Archdiocese of Santa Fe was renamed the Archdiocese of Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz.
