Biography
Born on May 9, 1924 in a village of Pervino, Turinsky district, Sverdlovsk region, in a peasant family. Russian. Member of the CPSU / CPSU since 1951. He graduated from 7 classes. He worked in the city of Asbest, Sverdlovsk region .
In the Red Army and at the front in World War II from March 1943.

On April 26, 1945, west of the settlement of Marzane, located 15 kilometers southeast of the city of Rathenov, liaising with a neighboring regiment, the senior sergeant Stepan Pervin joined the soldiers with a group of machine gunners, destroyed an officer, over the department of enemy soldiers, freed one hundred and forty-two prisoners of war. By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated May 31, 1945 "for exemplary performance of command assignments in battles with the Nazi invaders" of the guard, senior sergeant Pervin Stepan Sergeyevich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree, becoming the full holder of the Order of Glory.
After the war, S. Pervin served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Turinsk, Sverdlovsk Region . Tragically died on July 18, 1958. He was buried in Turinsk.
