Geographical position
Ossuary in Berig-Ventrange.
Berig-Ventrange is located 320 km east of Paris and 45 km east of Metz .
History
- In the years 1790-1794, the village of Berig was merged with Ventrange.
- Vetrange existed from 1118, was a feudal lord of Castell Diez . Tecour was later attached to Vetranzh.
- In the 17th century, Vetrange belonged to the lords de Vignolles du Sartes, the descendants of the barons de Vignolles, the lords Menil-la-Tours .
