Parfen'kovsky village council arose in the first years of Soviet power. As of 1922, he was part of the Yaropolsky volost of the Volokolamsk district of Moscow province [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included 1 settlement - Parfenkovo [2] .
In 1929, Parfen'kovsky s / s was assigned to the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. At the same time, Novinkovsky s / s was attached to the Efremovsky s / s.
On July 17, 1939, the settlements of Shilovo of the abolished Shilovsky s / s and the Shishkovo of the abolished Shishkovsky s / s were annexed to the Parfenkovsky s / s .
November 30, 1951 Parfen'kovsky s / s was abolished. At the same time, the village of Shilovo was transferred to Yaroletsky s / s , Shishkovo to Rechkinsky s / s , and Parfenkovo to Musinsky s / s [3] .
