Club career
Christoph spent most of his career in the Bayer system, where he was at the age of nine. [2] In 2010, he was transferred to the second Bayer team. [2] Season later, Kristof was transferred to the first team and immediately went on loan to Bochum . As part of the second Bundesliga club, Christoph spent sixty-one matches in two seasons and scored four goals. After returning from Bochum , he was again leased, this time to Borussia in Monchengladbach. [3] His debut in the Bundesliga took place on August 9, 2013 in a match against Bayern Munich . [4] , Christoph scored his first major league goal in a game with Hannover on 17 August. [5] . After a strong season, Kramer deserved an invitation to the national team.
On June 8, 2016, midfielder Christoph Kramer switched from Bayer Leverkusen to Borussia Mönchengladbach . According to the official website of the new football club, the agreement with him is for five years.
Career in the national team
His debut for the national team of Germany took place on May 13, 2014 in a match against Poland . [6] The player got into the team for the 2014 World Cup . [7] [8] . In the finals of the World Cup, he was replaced in the 31st minute, having a concussion. Kramer said that he could not remember what happened to him in the match [9] .
