Biography
Born in 1913 in the village of Green. In 1931 he moved to the Kazakh USSR, where he began to work as a tractor driver on the rice and farming collective farm of the Karatal district of Taldy-Kurgan region . From 1934 to 1937 he worked as the foreman of the tractor brigade. Later he was a mechanic, head and chief engineer of MTM. Since 1958, he worked as a mechanic at the Ushtobinsky RTS and later - a mechanic at the Ushtobinsky rice-growing collective farm.
In 1947, a mechanics team led by Vladimir Medin provided sowing and harvesting, which allowed the collective farms provided by the Ushtobinsk MTS to fulfill the plan by 140%. This year, the Ushtobinsk MTS plowed 6304 hectares instead of the planned 5784 hectares. 4159 hectares were sown with a plan of 2282 hectares.
