The commune is located approximately 370 km south-east of Paris , 30 km north of Lyon , 37 km south-west of Bourke-en-Bres [1] .

Climate

The climate is semi-continental [2] with cold winters and warm summers. Rains happen infrequently, mainly in the summer.
