Masato Kudo ( 工藤 壮 人 Kudo: Masato , May 6, 1990 , Tokyo ) is a Japanese footballer who strikes at the Sanfrecce Hiroshima club, who is on loan for Renof Yamaguchi . He played for the Japanese team .

Content

Club career

Masato Kudo - a graduate of the Kashiva Reisol club, played for his main team for seven years from 2009 to 2015.

In December 2015, Kudo transferred via free transfer to the Canadian MLS club Vancouver Whitecaps [2] . He made his debut for the club on March 6 in the match of the first round of the season 2016 with Montreal Impact [3] . He scored his first goal for the Whitecaps on May 7 at the Portland Timbers [4] . On December 30, 2016, Kudo’s contract with Vancouver Whitecaps was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties [5] .

The next day, December 31, the Sanfrecce Hiroshima club announced the signing of a three-year contract with Kudo [6] .

International Career

On September 23, 2010, Kudo was selected to the Japanese youth team to participate in the 2010 Summer Asian Games in Guangzhou, China [7] .

May 23, 2013 Kudo was called up to the main national team of Japan , Kudo debut for her took place in a friendly match against the national team of Bulgaria [8] .
