Caponina longipes (lat.) Is a species of small spiders of the genus Caponina from the family Caponiidae . South America : Venezuela . Length about 4 mm. The species Caponina longipes was first described in 1893 by the French arachnologist Eugene Simon (1848–1924) along with Nops maculatus and other taxa. Caponina longipes is included in the genus Caponina Simon, 1891 along with Caponina alegre , Caponina cajabamba , Caponina chilensis , Caponina chinacota , Caponina testacea and other species [1] [2] [3] .
