Highway P73 is a public highway of regional importance Vladimir - Gus-Khrustalny - Tuma . The account number in the Vladimir region is 17P-2 [1] , in the Ryazan region it is 61K-002 [2] . Until December 31, 2017, the use of the previous designation of the P73 highway was allowed .

The route is a continuation of the P74 Vladimir - Pereyaslavl-Zalessky road after it intersects with the Volga federal highway M7 near Vladimir. It passes from north to south in the Vladimir and Ryazan regions through the territory of Sudogodsky , Gus-Khrustalny and Klepikovsky regions. 18 km from Vladimir, behind the village of Baraki, it intersects with the P72 Vladimir- Arzamas highway. Crosses the rivers: Soimu , Woening and Goose . To the south of the city of Gus-Khrustalny the railways Vladimir - Tumskaya (twice) and Moscow - Kazan crosses. It ends at the intersection with the highway P105 Moscow - Yegoryevsk - Kasimov in the village of Tuma, Klepikovsky district, Ryazan region. The track runs along a flat wooded area and has many turns [3] [4] .
The road surface is asphalt. The quality of the coating is satisfactory. Throughout the road has two lanes.
The road is used for the movement of automobile transport from Vladimir to Gus-Khrustalny, Ryazan and Tambov .
