Biography
He was born in a large peasant family in the village of Meretskoye, at that time located on the territory of the Polish Republic . Early left an orphan.
Since 1949 he worked as an accountant at the local Kalinin collective farm. Since 1954 - the foreman of the field crop brigade. In 1955 he joined the Communist Party . In the period 1959-1965, a team led by Voitetsky achieved yields of up to 20 centners per hectare (with the standard of that time, 6-7 centners per hectare in risky farming). For successes in the cultivation of grain and industrial crops, the introduction of the achievements of science and best practices in 1966 received the title of Hero of Socialist Labor [1] .
In 1973 he was appointed head of the farm of the collective farm named after Kalinin of the Glubokoe District [1] . In 1977 he became the head of the transshipment farm.
Repeatedly participated in exhibitions at VDNH , where he received 10 medals. After retiring, he lived in Grodno.
