Oleg Adolfovich Volodko ( Belorussian. Biography
Born in 1946 in the Postavy district. In honor of his father, he was named Adolf, but relatives changed their name to Oleg.
Since 1960, he worked as a tractor driver. Later he graduated from the Gorodok College.
At 22, he became chairman of the collective farm named after Suvorov in the Postavsky district (now OJSC Novosyolki-Luchay). Having become the youngest leader, he was able to make a promising, prosperous economy out of a backward collective farm, which he has been steadily heading for over 40 years [2] . He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the BSSR .

- Order of Friendship of Peoples .
- In 1981 he was awarded the title " Honored Worker of Agriculture of the BSSR ".
The title of Hero was awarded in 1988 (along with the Order of Lenin and the medal "Hammer and Sickle" ).
