Lystsevsky village council arose in the first years of Soviet power. As of 1921, he entered the Anninsky volost of the Volokolamsk district of Moscow province [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included 1 settlement - Lystsevo [2] .
In 1929, Lystsevsky s / s was assigned to the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.
On July 17, 1939, Rozhdestvensky and Shishkinsky s / s were attached to Lystsevsky s / s.
On January 4, 1952, the village of Yadrovo was transferred from Lystsevsky s / s to Chenetskiy .
June 14, 1954 Lystsevsky s / s was abolished. Moreover, its territory was transferred to Chenetsky s / s [3] .
